Well this week I learned a lot about copyright. The sites we visited as a class were so helpful!

Copyright has a huge affect on my life as a student and teacher. I never realized that the images on Google were copyrighted. I thought that they were free and clear to use for anything since they are published on Google and not on a specific site. Now I know to use copyright the correct way to share with other teachers and students.

Thinking of my future students I see copyright as a great way to teach a bibliography and to give credit to others. I think this great to help students become more aware of respecting the work of others. The positive part is to point out that if a student does not want to use the copyright then they can be more creative and create their own.
