I have been working on a PowerPoint Show that demonstrates different effects when editing photos using digital cameras. The editing effects have been fun to manipulate creating such a different effect as in the sepia tone. Over the years I have been very fond of the red-eye reduction since I have two boys with very light blue eyes. I did see on the news the other day that there is now a camera geared toward pet lovers that drastically helps reduce a pets red eye. I can never say enough of how lucky I am to live in my time with wonderful electronics.
I think the Internet is awesome but there is so much information there that I think students do need to become aware of which sites to use for reports. I know that I am drawn in by sites that are colorful with pretty pictures but they might not be academically correct for a report, more for entertainment value.
